Posted by – January 8, 2012

Cassandra PaulPhotos of Cassandra Paul‘s installation, Fresh Kills Landfill, on view in the Epcor Centre for the Performing Arts’ Window Gallery, January 6 – March 23, 2012.

Paul’s practise draws parallels between the natural and man-made world, combining what’s left of the lives of animals following their deaths with that of humans. Imagining a post-apocalyptic planet, Paul’s work concentrates on depicting what the world might look like when void of any life.
